Terms of trade
Delivery
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days.
All shipments are sent with Postnord, with a delivery time of 2 - 4 working days.
At checkout, you can choose whether your shipment should be sent to your residential address or the nearest Postnord postal delivery point.
Payment
You can pay by credit card or with PayPal.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchases.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase.
Any return costs are borne at the buyer's own expense.
In the event of cancellation of the purchased item, you must use the cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the page. You pay postage yourself upon return.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and manufacture.
Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. You will be reimbursed for reasonable shipping costs, and the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint lapses if the item has been used incorrectly.
Personal data policy
When you shop at Krea by Kræér you will be asked to provide the following personal information:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
Your personal information is recorded and used to deliver your item. Your personal information is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

You have the right to be informed of what information the company has about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it.
